With restrictions changing from Monday 19th will there be any changes with our way of working at Oak House Vets?

With cases rising fast there is still so much uncertainty, so we have made the decision to carry on as we are for the moment to protect our staff, our customers & to prevent us having to close the practice due to lack of staff.

So for now nothing much is changing.
Unfortunately, not all of our staff are fully vaccinated yet and also with self-isolation still required for in-contacts, we are still at a very high risk of having to close the practice if multiple staff have to self-isolate.

Our staff will continue to wear masks & we would ask if you, too, could wear a mask when face to face with them, even outside the building.

Please respect social distancing & at Mapperley please wait outside the barriers. We have improved our wi-fi so can now take payments further away from the door.

We understand people’s frustration, and the difficulties of consultations in the car park, we really get it’s not ideal – from our perspective too – but hopefully it won’t be too much longer. All of our staff are working incredibly hard & share your frustrations.

We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your patience and understanding during what has been extremely difficult times.

We will continue to offer the best possible service that we can to you, despite the restrictions, and we look forward to welcoming you back in at some point soon, hopefully in the not too distant future.

Thank you all & take care.
