As of Monday 4th of July we are pleased to be altering our Covid protocols, however due to ongoing covid cases we are still taking some precautions to reduce risk of transmission of virus but we are now happy to allow clients [cautiously!] back into the clinics.
Please note, if you still prefer, we are happy for you to wait outside and for our staff to bring your pet in for treatment.
Please let reception know on arrival.
We ask that you do not enter the clinic if, either you are unwell, or in close contact with someone who is Covid +ve.
In these instances please ring reception on arrival so we can take precautions.
On arrival please wait behind the barrier until attended to.
We are now allowing 2 people in to the waiting room per visit but ask for only for 1 masked person to go into the consult room.
We may ask you to wait outside if the waiting room is full, until space becomes available.
We are limiting the number of clients waiting in the waiting room to 8 at a time.
As a sign of respect for staff and other clients we ask you to please wear a mask while in the building, please let us know if you have an exemption to mask wearing.
We will provide masks for you.
Please dispose of them after use in the bin next to the door.
Please use the antiseptic hand-gel on entry and exit from the practice.
All payments will be by card if possible.
Please stand away from the reception counter when paying/booking appointments.
Please note we are constantly reviewing our policy and will make changes when we are able to; we thank you for your understanding in helping us to remain open and be able to support all our clients.
Please advise if you have any special needs, concerns or need to use the toilet facilities.
Many thanks for your ongoing support, the Oak House Team.
