We thank all of you for your understanding in helping us to remain open and for us to be able to support all our clients throughout the pandemic.

We all share your frustrations and look forward to be able to work in a more normal way in the near future.

The management team constantly review our policies and will make changes when we are able to do so.

Currently we are upgrading our ventilation system and making other changes in house to allow us to open up more freely.

However due to the ongoing covid cases in the area we are currently still asking clients to stay outside while we treat your pets.

Our staff are still giving your pets all the same love, fuss and high level of care that we have always provided at Oak House.

On arrival please let reception know you are here & where you are waiting – either knock on door or ring recaption on 0115 9667920 [Mapperley] or 0115 9875665 [Carlton].

Please leave your mobile on & the staff will either come out to speak to you or ring to discuss over phone.

Please wait in your car where possible, we can take cat baskets in while you wait or supply umbrellas if necessary. Please ask for a chair or a water bowl if needed.

Please advise if you have any special needs or need toilet facilities.

All payments will be taken at door, by card if possible.
